The Role

We are hiring a Field AI Engineer to sit at the core of our go-to-market and product loop.

You will:

  • Lead high-stakes technical demos
  • Own and execute POCs with enterprise customers
  • Drive real deployments in production environments
  • Develop and improve core AI methods, algorithms, and systems for simulation, evaluation, and optimization across the lifecycle of reliable AI agents

You will be:

  • The technical face of RELAI
  • The bridge between product and customer reality
  • A key driver of revenue and product evolution

Technical Depth And Customer Ability

You should be able to:

  • Design end-to-end AI workflows across LLMs, tools, data, and orchestration
  • Build and modify systems using Python and APIs
  • Debug failures in real environments, not just prototypes

And critically:

  • Explain complex systems simply to technical and non-technical enterprise stakeholders
  • Lead technical conversations with senior buyers such as CTOs and Heads of AI
  • Translate customer problems into concrete system designs

We are looking for people who can both build the system and sell the system.
